“I had become quite lazy, overweight, unmotivated and got puffed with little exertion. I realised that if I didn't want to follow the path of my parents, both being overweight, Dad now deceased and Mum with chronic depression, and if I wanted to keep up with my 4 kids, I had to do something about it.
