What is Bootcamp?

Bootcamp is fun, sociable, affordable exercise out in the sunshine and fresh air.

If that's what you are looking for, then congratulations! You just found it! If you are looking for a fun way to get fit, get into shape, and maybe lose a few kilos then you've come to the right place. We are all about exercising and training in an enjoyable, friendly, group atmosphere. You'll meet new people with the same interests and goals as you, be outdoors in the sunshine and fresh air and have so much fun you'll forget you're even exercising!


How is your Bootcamp different?

You will never get some aggressive, degrading drill sergeant with army fatigues and a whistle, barking orders and hurling abuse. If that is what you're after you'll have to join a different group.

Our sessions are centred on individual and team progressions in fitness and health week to week and personal weight goals. We'll engage in different exercises and challenges that anyone at any fitness can complete and still be challenged by.

Who is Bootcamp for?

We are NOT a bunch of fitness freaks and gym junkies here so you don't have to worry. Bootcamp is the army's basic training to kick start them and make some big gains in a small amount of time. It's the same for us. This is your basic training. You will learn how to perform basic exercises from the very start and you'll be amazed by what you can do by the end!

Anyone can join in and have a great time. Weather you haven't exercised in years or you are a regular exerciser who just needs a break from your old gym routine, you will have a great time, be challenged and develop a new lease on life. You could even bring your partner, kids or co-workers along to work out with you! Everyone's welcome and because the exercises are designed so no-one is held back or left behind, you can train at your own pace... with a little push from me of course!

What can I expect to get out of Bootcamp?

  • The first thing is a whole lot of fun! The entire goal is to enjoy exercise so it's not a chore and you can make exercise part of your life long term.
  • You'll also make a bunch of new friends. Working out with people you like is much more enjoyable than sweating it out by yourself.
  • All components of fitness such as strength, endurance, cardio, agility and flexibility will sky rocket. You won't believe the fitness you will gain.
  • The number on the scale is more likely to drop if that is one of your goals. I can help you out with your nutrition as well if you like to really knock it down. Weight loss is usually a very welcome side effect of exercise and eating healthy!

Where is Bootcamp?

Bootcamp is run at Raby Bay in Cleveland at the foreshore on Masthead Drive. It is a beautiful location right above the beach with plenty of fresh air, water views and sunshine.

When is Bootcamp?

Bootcamp will run every MONDAY and WEDNESDAY at 6.00am and every SATURDAY at 7:00am so it's not too early if you like a little more sleep, but it's still early enough to catch a stunning sunrise over the water and exercise at the most beautiful and calm part of the day. The sessions will run for 45 minutes which is plenty of time for health and fitness gains, still enough time to get to work and it won't eat up your whole day. And what better way to start your day?

How long does Bootcamp run for?

Bootcamp runs every week rain, hail or shine (we do have wet weather plans too). We will stop for Christmas and public holidays and of course you can take time out if you are going on holidays and come back. If you want to lose weight, get fit, start exercising or just get healthier, this is for you. Start a habit and join us all to stay fitter, healthier and slimmer throughout the year and unveil a new hot body for Summer.

How much does Bootcamp cost?

Because Bootcamp is a group training program and we are a small local business, we are able to keep the prices way down at rock bottom. There is a range of packages to suit everybody no matter what your budget, and we are very flexible with your weekly availabilities. Sessions for an 11 week Bootcamp used to average out to about $15 each (which is still cheaper than most Bootcamps around!) BUT...

-YOU WILL ONLY PAY BETWEEN $5 AND $10 PER SESSION!! You can save yourself over $35 per week! The price will be going up after the first wave of enrolments, and we've had such an overwhelming response, it won't be long until all the spots are gone and we'll probably have to shut the doors! So as long as you're quick and can get yourself a spot, you will be able to lock in your introductory price for good.
